Customs and excise systems specialist Langdon Systems has appointed Connor Hainey to be its new Product Owner. His role will involve working closely with developers to progress new features and improvements for clients, while updating software with the latest HMRC regulations and guidelines.

After graduating with a first class honours degree in Information Technology Management for Business, Connor started his career at Langdon Systems in project support, where he worked onboarding new clients and projects. He then moved to Chess Logistics Technology as Project Implementer, where he gained experience of warehouse and logistics systems. Later he joined Langdon Systems’ parent company, Rosslyn Data Technologies, where he led the implementation of new projects as Implementation Analyst.
